Returns and Refunds

Change of Mind

Returns are accepted within [7 / 14] days of delivery provided the item is:

- Unused  
- In original packaging  
- In resalable condition  

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs.

We may offer:

- Replacement  
- Repair  
- Refund  

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days following inspection.


Safety Disclaimer

Stand‑up paddleboarding and watersports involve inherent risks including injury, drowning, or property damage.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

- You are solely responsible for your safety.  
- You will use appropriate safety equipment, including a personal flotation device.  
- You will not use equipment in unsafe sea or weather conditions.  
- You will comply with all applicable maritime laws and safety regulations in Hong Kong.  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper or unsafe use of our products.


Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply where expressly stated.

Warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear  
- Improper storage  
- Misuse or abuse  
- Commercial rental use (unless specified)


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
